Once you've registered and activated your free trial month, you can dive right in. Access the online backend system, and begin configuring your accommodations. This entails responding to general inquiries about the specific needs of your guests, as well as your own needs as a host.

 

For instance, you'll address questions like: What's the address? When's check-in? What recommendations do you have for restaurants and attractions? And numerous other queries!

 

Beyond the fixed set of questions, you also have the option to create custom questions and answers that are particularly relevant to you and have been frequently asked by guests in the past.

 

This set of questions serves as the foundation for initiating Smart Messenger, allowing AI to take charge of communicating with your guests through WhatsApp.

 

In the Premium plan, the AI undergoes ongoing training based on the basic question catalog, drawing from real guest interactions.

 

In both plans, if a question is unclear or cannot be answered, the AI seeks the host's assistance.

What's the functioning process of the continuous training mode in the Premium Host model? + -

With continuous training, your AI gets smarter over time, expanding its repertoire of questions and answers. You begin with a Basic set of 50 Q&A pairs.

 

In the Premium Host plan, the AI autonomously identifies and stores new questions and answers from daily guest interactions, making it progressively more intelligent. Consequently, it will require less and less of your assistance as time goes on.

 

Direct contact with you will only occur in urgent situations.

How exactly does Smart Messenger work with WhatsApp Business? + -

You don't need to take any action except informing your guests post-booking that they should use WhatsApp for future communication and just provide them with our business account number.

Our system will verify the guest, sharing only accommodation-related details.

If the AI encounters an uncertain or incorrect query, it will prompt you as the host to ensure accuracy and involve you in communication if needed.

Is the use of WhatsApp mandatory for Smart Messenger? + -

Smart Messenger is a SaaS product that you can also use via a browser, by logging into your private area through the backend.

However, we strongly recommend using WhatsApp, as the AI will contact you via Messenger in case it has to ask you for inquiries it can’t answer itself or in any urgent topics from guests.

We are an Airbnb agency and run plenty of accommodations. Can we run different accommodations at the same time? + -

Yes, you are more than welcome to use Smart Messenger.

Go through the regular registration and add step by step as many accommodations as you need.

As a hotel owner, why can't I book Smart Messenger directly? + -
